This job contributes to Starbucks success in Vietnam by execution and implementation of products business plan with a priority focus around merchandise/retail items.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership
- Supports management in executing overall merchandise business plan and portfolio to achieve the set target.
- Support cross-functional and project teams to deliver strategic recommendations, new product platforms and/or programs.
- Shows presence, understanding of the product portfolio and leads by communicating vision, building teamwork and motivating positive actions to achieve results.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams and vendors to develop integrated plans.
Planning and Execution
- Execute the day to day activity including:
• Tracks, analyzes and communicates product and program performance.
• Work with team leads and involve in the forecasting and business analysis.
• Creates TO, orders for products including recommendations for products, pricing and positioning.
• Collaborates with internal and external team members for the daily operating of products launch
Business Requirements
- Provides product demand & planning expertise and executes program responsibilities.
- Manages the product costing with budget allocation.
- Evaluates information and identifies issues of growth and develop resolutions and recommendations.
