• Determining and confirming delivery deadlines to customers.
• Giving information concerning expected changes in delivery deadlines
• Creating production orders for finished products and sub-products.
• Creating production plans for all groups which efficiently use available production resources.
• Creating outsourcing plans for semi-products and production orders & following up.
• Making required changes in the production plan
• Creating/Printing Production work order.
• Checking & following up production status of the production order on Symphony.
• Controlling the status of realization of production orders.
• Controlling outsourcing contracts & managing all aspects related to outsourcing suppliers.
• Responsible for all activities related to air/sea shipment including making a packing list on ERP, container volumes, printing the product labels, supervising the loading container team.. etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• University Degree, Technical major or related field.
• Understanding of management systems and production support
• Basic understanding of ISO systems:
• Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed).
• Strong use of Microsoft Office.
• English at intermediate level or equal.
• At least 1 year of working experience in planning work
• 2 years experience in manufacturing company ERP system.
• Accurate, careful, hard-working
