Key responsibilities

• Involve in pre-order review, order review to have
• Develop procedure and lead the team to make production schedules based on demand planning
• ·Collaborate with cross function to make sure all preparation is ready to deploy the schedule to production
• Monitoring production progress and resolve issues impact to plan to ensure plan achieve on time, in-full
• Manage inventory of tooling/consumable in production
• Update and monitoring production capacity
• Build data collection system and loss analysis related to MFG such as: Productivity, WIP, production value, quantity per each work center or department to track MFG performance and opportunity for improvement
• Daily/Weekly/Month report basic
• MFG cost monitoring
• Training & coaching team to ensure team have capable to handle effective and efficiency job
• Leading, evaluation, feedback and motivate team

Key skills and experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management

·       >=5 year in same role in MNC

·       Experience: Demand and supply planning, Capacity planning, inventory, production scheduling, cost management, KPIs tracking 

·       Experience in ERP, Odoo

·       Furniture industry experience

·       Routing, BOM, Manpower planning

·       Leadership, Change Management, Presentation, Pro-active

·       Time – Management, Problem Solving, Project Management

·       Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Data Analys, Power BI

·       Proficiency in English
