1. Implement production plan:
• Cascade production schedule upon the supply plan.
• Arrange labor in shift, both PepsiCo employee and contractors (3rd party labor). Allocate tasks in the most efficient manner to execute the plan (around 50 tons/shift and 1 changeover per line everyday)
2. Supervise the shift operation:
• Monitor the E2E production lines to ensure all steps and areas are followed the production processes and the standards set.
• Monitor detail operation in shift to deliver high quality product, in a safe working environment, and good compliance.
• As an Autonomous Maintenance (AM) leader, make sure all AM activities are implemented in plan. Monitor and train for operators to apply AM in daily basis.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to arrange and follow preventive maintenance activities in shift.
• Be key contact point for Leadership team in any urgent case or implement any immediate needed change.
• Coordinate cross functions in shift, to resolve issue in the shortest time. Make proper decision quickly to avoid and minimize impact of unexpected incidents (Safety, Quality, Output delivery, TE, etc.).
3. Reporting:
• Lead cross teams in shift to analyze issue, find out root causes and actions, handover to other shifts and report to line managers
• Follow up the periodic reports (Downtime, cost, overtime, AIB, GMP …), analyze and propose actions to control.
• Implement data tracking, summarize shift report on SAP and update for Plant LTs.
4. Others:
• Find opportunities of innovation to improve production KPIs, working processes, enhance efficiency, save cost.
• Lead the taskforce upon the projects assigned: provide working tools and guideline to help achieving the project objectives and targets.
