• Designing production floor layout, material flow, time study, line balancing, labor, WIP standard, line supply plan, shelves, trolleys, in plant boxes, and bins for each process to achieve Lean Manufacturing target each year.
• Studying overall production capacity, identify bottleneck (constraint), and apply I.E. techniques to maximize productivity with optimum level of resources.
• Periodically validating standard time, identifying the gap and inputting the update standard time in ERP for business reporting and further estimation.
• Implementing and conforming to company business operating procedures, customer requirements, industry standard, laws, and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or higher
• At least 3 years of experience at the same position is required.
• IATF 16949 awareness
• Knowledge 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) and 7 QC tools (4M, checksheet, control plan...) and Root cause analysic methods.
• Familiar with fomular in production as Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, bottle neck, line balancing and etc.
• Prefer experienced candidate with manual process manufacturing.
• Good English communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
