Scope of job:
- Ensure that the company's export process is executed efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations, from document preparation to delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor export projects from planning to completion, ensuring that projects meet objectives regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and customers to drive the company's growth in the global market.
1. Project Management:
- Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the aluminum and glass export project from start to finish.
- Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the project's progress and product quality.
- Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
- Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
2. Quality Management:
- Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
- Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.
3. Communication and External Relations:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with international customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.
