- Develop and implement sourcing & purchasing strategies for materials, components, equipment, and services.
- Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, payment term, timelines, and delivery terms.
- Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with local and international trade laws.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure inventory optimization.
- Monitor market trends and perform cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure quality control of all purchased goods & services.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to manage shipping schedules, custom clearance and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports on purchasing, import – export activities, and cost analysis.
- Other tasks related to purchasing & import – export function are assigned by General Manager
