· Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery.

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor stock level and place orders as needed.

· Maintain update records of delivery information.

· Coordinate with purchasing dept at another factory (in XP group) for material exchange.

· Analyze market, delivery conditions, lead time to understand material supply risk

· Timely reply to the material control, materials delivery, timely response to cross-coordinate and handle.

· Daily weekly monthly data review.

· Implement company activities.

· Coordinate communication between the supplier and other departments

· 1 year of working in electronics manufacturing environment with material controlling/planning background.

· Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Economics or Industrial Management preferred

· Understanding of supply chain procedures

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· English speaking (Chinese speaking is advantages)
