3. Supplier Quality Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain stringent quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet company's quality requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans for quality deviations.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and key performance indicators to assess and monitor product quality.

6. Team Leadership and Development

Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is a plus.
8-10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on QA, preferably in manufacturing industry
Proven track record of implementing successful quality management strategies.
Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
