- Planning and implementing quality Control, quality assurance plan, ensuring progress as quality plan
- Establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;working with related department to establish quality requirements;
- Monitoring and ensuring in process checking , solve quality problems if they happen
- Ensuring goods quality assurance of company dispatching to customers
- Researching into improving product quality, reducing production cost
- Ensure all employees in department to carry out all the processes & regulation
- Train subordinates and related personnel on quality standards and procedures
- Responsible for manage QC/QA team: staff rotation, training and overtime
- Working closely with other departments including Factory management, Technical Manager, supervisors in goods quality assurance and resolving quality issues
- Identifying causes and preventive/corrective actions for production problems found during inspection as well as customer complaints.
- Arranging and conduct the internal inspection from material to finished products. Complete all quality tests required by customers.
- Ensure the control of the documentation system
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

• College/University degree, quality management or equivalent

• Good communication in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).

• Have more than 05 years of experience in QA/QC (Experience working in the high-end furniture production company is a plus.)

• Ability to analyze problem &problem solving

• Strong leadership, people management skill
