Position Summary:To assist the Quality Manager in the management of in-plant quality control activities, including Pest Control, responsibility for overall quality management activities, including raw material input, work in process, and output, and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Monitor, update, evaluate quality management system. HACCP establish plan, Supplier management, GMP, PRP control, internal audit, customer audit, third party audit, non-conformity control, pest control, calibration, RM incoming verify.
- Prepare, issue procedures, monitoring form, and work instructions.
- Monitor all quality parameters from input through processing, output, dispatch, and packaging material. Compare specifications and ensure that it meets customer requirements.
- Control documents, records, and lot traceability; investigate and correct problems; and improve the customer complaints.
- Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
- Cooperate with other departments in handling the non-conformity of the quality and food safety system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure productivity, quality, and food safety.
- Prepare the progress reports for management.
- Guide and train subordinates to follow processes and guidelines in order to raise their quality and food safety awareness. Participate in internal audits.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager/BOD.
