- Register sales revenue of customers in charge by month, quarter, year and perform according to registered targets.
- Find out customer needs and information, record all customer information, evaluate the potential level, difficulties, and business situation of the customers in charge.
- Make price quotes, bid documents according to regulations for each product for the customer in charge.
- Coordinate with the customer care department for repair and delivery to handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, repair, maintenance, product warranty...
- Monitor and urge customers' debts, ensuring debts are paid on time.
- Research and analyze information from the market, customer feedback and information about competitors.
- Evaluate the achievements, advantages, and difficulties of each customer, then learn from experience and propose the next plan.
- Participate in regular or extraordinary meetings as requested by the Company.
