• DEPARTMENT: Solid State Polymer Dept.

_Developing new businesses

_Prepare a sales plan and working to achieve targets set in the plan.

_Maintain an excellent relationship with clients

_Flow up the progress of orders.

_Arrange and send sample to customer.
_Support solving claims of clients.
_Create a quotation and submit it to the client.
_Prepare sales contract, shipping document, and follow up shipment.
_Able to retain information quickly to gain a substantial understanding of the job.
_Support of these accounts includes, but is not limited to: data entry, other status, and billing inquires and resolution.
_Coordinate with production planning department to follow up the orders and schedule of shipping.

• Key Qualifications:

_Confident and flexible in communication and presentation with customer.
_Easy-going, active, organized.
_Able to follow through on task until completed.
_Proficient experience and understanding of excel.
_Able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
_Fluent in English
_Good arrangement and management at work.
_ Major in economics, foreign trade, marketing, business administration or foreign language. 
_ Bachelor Degree or above.
