Take responsibility for all activities related to nuts products – tree nuts and peanuts (snack, spread, butter…)

* Analyze market/ benchmarking products

* Study and develop new product concepts/ applications from peanut ingredients

* Make Lab samples and send to customers according to business team’s request.

* Conduct pilot to commercialize developed products

* Conduct shelf-life test for developed products

* Conduct sensory evaluation for products

* Build up technical documents: specification (of materials, finished good), production flowchart…

* Cooperate with related sections to solve customer’s complaint related to quality and sensory.

* Do other tasks follow assignment of manager & team leader

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering, In-depth knowledge of food technology
• At least 1 years experienced in food RD role is preferred
• Experienced in snack and nuts development/ production… are preferable
• Have ability to handle own projects
• Loving research & development
• Logical thinking, communication skills
• Experience with project management is preferrable
• Teamwork skills
