Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer management.
- The job holder will work closely with business divisions to execute the bank's talent demand by identifing, attracting, and hiring the top talent for the bank
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
- Create pipeline for passive candidates via different platforms and techniques, with the support of Team Lead , Manager
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Demonstrate judgment and accuracy in assessing potential candidates against requirements
- Support candidate management throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with the Onboarding team in accepting new employees to ensure the best experience for new hires
- Proactively build candidate talent pools for all positions in charge
- Ability to communicate the job opportunities in an attractive way to attract talent
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. People, Process, and Technology
- Update the recruitment report for respective hiring division, including difficulties and solutions to ensure progress in line with/or exceed SLAs
- Quickly adapt to new standards, tools and technologies applied to the HR department. Champion the use of
ATS (Application Tracking System) for day-to-day work. Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
