- Proceed contract, acceptance minutes, liquidation and payment of all team's activities

- Proceed payment for any consumer promotion execution, e.g. the on pack

- In liaise with Legal and marketing team to prepare all necessary documents from trade marketing team to obtain any external approval (advertising license, sponsorship agreement, event license, sampling license, promotion license, etc)

- Help to raise and book travel plan and expense report for all team

- Filing all necessary documents (in soft copy or in hard copy where relevant) to reassure compliance to company process and ready for any internal audit/ external audit, e.g. approvals/ decisions, etc

Support BME actual tracking

- Track the actual spending basing on POs raised/ contracts signed vs. allocated project BME allocation

- Support trade marketing head to build BME budget phasing by month and tracking the actual vs. phasing to raise the alert about gap to trade marketing team to manage for actual landing in line with phasing

Internal meeting/ workshop organization:

- Lead all the logistics arrangement (meeting room booking, facilities, merchandising, display, payment...etc) for workshops organized by trade marketing team

- Support administration work for Regional Trade Marketing team

- Submit and follow up on e-system review/ approval for all trade marketing activities

- Circulate for internal approval for all proposals, license documents

- College/ University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing

- Knowledge of professional advertising, culture and sociology

- At least 2-year working experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales Assistant/ Sales Admin.

- Good communication skill

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
