1. Educational Qualifications
- University graduated or higher in economics / finance / banking / business administration
2. Relevant Experience
- Have at least 03 years working in banking industry, at least 01-02 years of working experience at the Bank's Direct Sales Unit (CIB/CMB/SME Division)
3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Understand the provisions of the law on banking and businesses, policies, regulations, products of the bank for corporate customers
- Having good knowledge of the market, business activities of Corporate customer as well as the key industries that FDI Center is financing.
- Good knowledge of finance and credit risk management.
4. Skills:
- Have good sales skills and list of potential customers
- Good negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong organization and management skills
- Have good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Creative thinking and high pressure at work;
- English: Fluency
- Preference will be given to candidates who are good at Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
