Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
Experience
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in reliability testing or a related field.
Knowledge
- Knowledgeable and Quality-Oriented Thinking
- Proficient in statistical analysis (SPC)
- Proven experience in managing and executing reliability Test Plans and Testing.
- Understanding and application of key reliability metrics (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)) to assess product performance.
- Knowledge of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience in reliable data statistics with Minitab or Weibull is preferred.
- Certification as a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is highly preferred.

- Good verbal and written communicator in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork as well.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical modules
- Competence in designing and executing accelerated life testing (ALT) and highly accelerated life testing (HALT) to quickly identify potential reliability issues.
