1. Education background: PhD/Mater/Bachelor’s degree in Science/Applied Science (Physics, Chemistry) or Engineering (Materials, Metallurgical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is an advantage.

- Proficient in FA equipment (SEM/EDX, FTIR, ToF-SIMS, FIB, Xsect, etc).
- Proficient in Reliability equipment (HAST, Climate Chambers, Ovens, Thermal Shocks, Mechanical, etc)
