Job Describtion：

- Responsible for the overall business health of all retail stores nationwide

- Generate, analyze and report internal and external retail (mapping) data to draw actionable insights - these reports include store sales and operations, market share, market capacity, gift deployment, live demo unit deployment, etc

- Collaborate with functional groups within the organization to mobilize resources and rollout plans and solutions to improve store performance

- Craft relevant local retail operations policies, aligned with company's existing policies, to improve retail business operations

- Identify gaps in store operations and develop key operational processes

- Conduct stock optimization analysis, planning and forecasting

- Lead, coach and empower high performing store operations team

- Timely track and report 100% compliance and productivity levels and re-address performance and come up solutions to improve the key metrics

- In charge of Retail Management System (RMS) data and daily users operation task to ensure the deployment guidelines from HQ

Job Requirment：

- University graduate

- At least 5 years of related work experience in management roles is preferred

- Highly creative and innovative with a sound knowledge of store operations, retail marketing principles, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and a strong understanding of the retail industry.

- Excellent attention to detail and excel

- English or Chinese communication (verbal & written) is a must
