• Manage facilities and machinery to ensure that labor accidents do not occur.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Law, Radiation Safety Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting and other legal regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment
• Responsible for all Health & Safety and Environmental management activities.
• Implement and jointly build the SHE system with the COE team.
• Analyze, evaluate and manage SHE hazards and risks, propose measures to reduce/eliminate risks.
• Develop policies, rules and regulations for the SHE system at the Factory.
• Safety - Health - Environment system management.
• Internally evaluate and prepare/participate in external inspection/audit activities, ensuring the suitability of the SHE system at the Factory.
• Develop annual operating goals, plans and budgets of the SHE department.
