Working time: Work from home, Mondays - Fridays (17:00 - 22:00); Saturdays & Sundays (08:00 - 22:00)

• Check messages, respond to feedback, questions and do online consultation for customers from Digital channels (Facebook, Website,…)
• Work with Operation team to handle customer order and booking.
• Turn first-time customers into loyal customers, Keep communication going.
• Follow up, maintain relationships & Take care of customers via Digital channels.
• Find out customer needs and introduce services that suit customer needs.
• Re-marketing management: join with team to promote re-marketing activity to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Contribute in achieving clinic monthly turnover, clinic commercial and operational KPIs.
• Report and other duties as assigned
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree – Business, Marketing, Ecommerce...
• Good English writting skill
• Customer service/ hospitality manner.
• Implement effective marketing campaigns and activities according to plan.
• Office skill.
