• Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.
• Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.
• Manage point-of-sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing.
• Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics. - Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation.
• Manage and process pre-sales and aftersales requests.
• Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day-to-day activities.

• An associate degree in related field.
• Proficient in English.
