Mô tả Công việc

The Sales & BD Executive’s responsibility is to drive sales activities in assigned market segments including product training, sales meeting and the development of new and existing business partners. The sales person manages existing accounts to improve their business performance in regards of revenues and occupancies with dedicated sales and marketing activities. The sales person handles b2b group and charter leads. The sales person also understands how to develop and nurture business relationship from decision maker to executive staff level. The sales person liaises closely with the reservation department to be aware of forward occupancies versus target and analysis the situation to take productive actions contributing to the ROI. Further responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, weekly and monthly reporting and handling sales and marketing tasks related to the job

· Being responsible for accounts management and business development for certain markets or segments (in particular North Vietnam and Laos resellers)

· Plan, conduct and manage individual sales (and marketing) activities on a daily basis including physical sales calls, online meeting, product trainings, mailings, FAM trips etc and by so develop clients and account further with the objective to achieve monthly set targets

· Develop the market/segments by expanding existing accounts business or adding new potential business partners

· Build and maintain relationships with reseller partners to continuously increase brand awareness, trustworthiness in the product and generate leads for FIT and group business

· Review trends and competitors to identify improvements or changes to report to supervisor

· Monitor account performances and take action accordingly

· Raise, handle and manager group and charter leads during conversion and after sales phase

· Develop promotions or campaigns with resellers and b2b clients in oversea markets

· Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·        Graduate in business administration, economics, Tourism, or any related subject

·        Very high Competency in English Communication

·        Good Knowledge of main sales and marketing activities along the sales and marketing funnel

·        Strategic and multi-level thinking

·        Passion for sales with a high service-minded attitude

·        Able to conduct professional presentations

·        Minimum 3 year working experience in a sales role with a proven record as an outgoing sales person

·        Open minded with an eagerness to sell and drive business into a direction

·        Good understanding of sales and account management processes/handling in a b2b and b2c environment.

·        Able to work multi-tasking under pressure  

·        Excellent written and spoken English

·        Excellent Organization Skills

·        Very structured working method

·        Very good knowledge of MS Office Software

·        Very good Communicator and Networker in the team

·        Positive and open personality

·        Flexibility to work overtime sometimes

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Very accurate and detailed
