1. To comply with the International ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Standard.
2. To ensure all activities are incompliance with the International Management
3. To fully use the PPE supplied by the management
4. To maintain an adequate standard of 5S housekeeping in the work place
5. Receive sales offer price from Salesman for each customer & update sales price list for each customer
6. To handle order placements, credit limit and payment term enquiries and quotations in accordance with company policy
7. To comply with all company policies, working methods, procedures, and Instructions
8. To liaise with approved transporters on non-working day deliveries
9. To work with sales personnel and the storekeeper to ensure all goods are promptly delivered
10. To prepare a quotation upon receiving an approved quotation requisition
11. To notify sales personnel promptly with regards to urgent orders
12. To notify sales personnel promptly if an order exceeds its credit limit
13. To complete forecasted sales in the SAP system on a daily basis
14. Check stock available & schedule for daily delivery plan & outstanding order
15. Release delivery voucher from SAP system and provide supporting document as customer requirement
16. Prepare and management: sales contract, sales contract list, prepare return request if any
17. To notify the service team of any complaints received on free loan equipment
18. To update pricing when they receive a new quotation
19. To notify the storekeeper to attach a Certificate of Analysis together with the delivery order where applicable
20. To notify sales personnel regarding daily orders received
21. To follow up with a customer’s outstanding a/c and notify sales personnel regarding the check ready for collection
22. To obtain final approval from the sales manager for the release of goods that exceed the credit limit
23. To verify with the accounts department regarding walk-in customers before approving sales
24. Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

 A.    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Diploma in business, marketing or any other related field is preferred

- Specific training in consumer behavior and marketing strategies

- Minimum two years of proven work experience as sales coordinator or experience in sales administrative roles
