Mô tả Công việc

  • Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solution of HVAC system
  • Follow up with customers’ feedback to give advice on technical specifications
  • Make proposal for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance
  • Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system.
  • Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedule
  • Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects
  • Prepare sales and order forecast and reports
  • Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue
  • Report to C&C Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Background: University degree of HVAC, understanding Control system.
  • Experience of HVAC and basic knowledge of Chiller is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conversation measures.
  • Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owner, Developer, M&E contractor/consultant
  • Good capability of all English skills
  • At least 4 years experience
