Sales planning and execution
Processing new sales leads
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
Monitoring customer accounts
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Keeping track of sales targets
Attention to detail and scheduling diaries
Consistently provide support to the operations, Customer service and sales team
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties assigned by Superior or Management
Supporting to set up SOP and smooth Operation when secure new project if any

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Graduated from University in Transportation/Economics or other relevant fields
2-years experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operation is preferable
Familiar with OFF, AFF and CL&T operation
Communicated in English fluently
