- Take care current accounts, develop target accounts and growing overall business selling ingredient product range into existing and new application , and therefore contributing to increased profitability by meeting expected sales targets, volume, and margin in HCM area;
- Will understand customer needs by field presence and translate them into commercial offers;
- Focus on generating new business with new potential customers and on growing and developing existing customers for the sake of building long-term relationships within functional food industry
- Will provide applied Technical Service by combining to Innovation Center , Sales, BD for the purpose of new business generation; which includes test runs, scale up, sample manufacturers etc. at various customer sites or business partners facilities.
- Will feed all relevant information regarding markets (clients, competition, products) to build and keep offers aligned with market demand;
- Will work proactively with senior management to build and drive a proper value proposition for the customers in the functional food industry. - Will actively communicate the value proposition by training
- Will implement with Sr. Management the pricing policy for the territory, based on revenue and margin goals and overall pricing guidelines while considering feedback from the local market;
- Will provide the annual budget commitment for sales aspects of territorial P&L as part of strategic planning;
- Identify key customers to target, in line with their goals;
- Perform other duties as required.
