1. Make recommendations to the General Manager in matters pertaining to the development and execution of marketing programs for Citadines.
2. Assess marketing needs and monitor sales office administration and effectiveness.
3. Solicit maximum business from all market segments.
4. Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary.
5. Meet occupancy, average rate and profits of all Citadines properties HCMC - thorough planning, guidance and training of the sales personnel.
6. Co-ordinate plans for sales coverage outside Ho Chi Minh and the country.
7. Counsel marketing communications on quality, content and usage of locally produced sales promotion materials.
8. Be responsible for all promotional and marketing activities outlined in the marketing plan.
9. Prepare annual budget for the sales and marketing office, advertising and sales promotion, and monitor expenses/budget comparison on a monthly basis.
10. Prepare monthly report of activities and result which includes sales results, share of market, market trend, competitive activity and forecast report to be submitted to the Residence Manager.
11. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management.
