Role and Scope of the Task
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction within our retail environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in retail sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
2. Manage all operations of stores (around 30 - 60 stores)
3. Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to optimize sales and promotional activities.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
