ROLE DESCRIPTION
International Sales Operation Specialist is essential role for managing and ensuring the contract/ order, logistics and documentation necessary for the shipping of goods smoothly with excellent service to customers, to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Sales Operations:
- Handle singed contract, purchase order from Business Development Department
- Monitor shipment progress, logistics, tracking and reporting any delays or changes to the customer, ensure timely delivery and service
- Communicate with other divisions/ departments: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics, etc… to ensure smooth export operations
- Maintain accurate records of forecast, shipments, inventory, and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Internal Operation:
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sales operations
- Generate reports on export activity as needed
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system
