• The Sales Cabinet will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers at assigned market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including researching potential customers and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the market, including importers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including marketing, production, logistics, and customer services.
• Consistently updating and analyzing sales activities and the market landscape, which includes market size, market share, route to market, product analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Developing a sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plywood or building materials industry or MNC.
• English & Mandarin required.
• Experience in working with Chinese customers will be a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous for communicating with customers globally.
