Sales planning and execution
- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Making sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits
- Set up SOP and smooth Operation when secure new project
Reporting
- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
- CRM report and update
Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to MNC Section
- Participating in the labour discipline process, claiming compensation for damage according to the authorization, sequence and procedures specified in the Company Labour Rule
