Assist the Principal in management and coordinate teachers, teaching assistant;
Frequently check, and visit School activities such as teaching and students management of teachers and teaching assistants.
Bridge communications between the School and teachers and teaching assistants.
Participate in preparing School events; plan and organize events together with teachers;
Examine and edit all English documents that are sent to parents on weekly basis such as teaching plans, newsletters, or school’s announcements.
Coordinate with back-offices to construct a strong connection between the School – Teachers – Parents – Students;
Advise on Admission planning and PR – Marketing for the School (manage the School’s website and Facebook; be the contact point with PR – Marketing for the whole system.);
Deploy Administration Board’s activities.
Advise and assist the Principal on other tasks.
2. Professional Management:
Advise the Principal, coordinate with the Head of teachers, manage teachers’ professionalism. Guarantee the high quality of care and education according to the School’s standards;
Supervise the planning and performing process of teachers (annually, monthly, weekly, …);
Examine teachers’ reports.
3. Manage resources:
Advise the Principal on evaluating teachers’ teaching capabilities.
Plan and organize professional developments for teachers and teaching assistants.
Participate in Recruitment and Development of new teachers.

1. Position requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, in Education or related field; intensive knowledge of Pre-K education would be an advantage.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience working as an academic coordinator or academic executive in a kindergarten, understand the education system at international schools.
2. Abilities/ Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prepare curriculum and develop teaching materials and plans.
Ability to motivate and manage teachers with developing teaching skills.
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
