Receive requirements from Product Owners in Vietnam (headquarter) and the Philippines (branch).
Provide and consult solutions matched with the customer’s business.
Provide detailed specifications with mockups, workflows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Join the scrum team grooming to explain user stories for developers and the quality team.
Collaborate with internal teams to conduct UAT and release product features to clients.
Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers.
Conduct sprint review with customer by demoing the completed features.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.
Experience in Fintech, Insurance and E-Commerce.
Proficiency in working in Agile environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate a product vision effectively to stakeholders.
Ability to innovate, adapt, and acquire new skills.
Ability to communicate in English fluently.
