To be able to detect consumer/shopper/channel insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
To coordinate with Account team, Creative team to develop proposal.
To brief creative team and follow up design.
To develop and present activation/event/IMC proposal to client and convince for the proposal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree level – preferably in Marketing/English major.
At least 3 year experience in creative/planning/account positions at marketing service (ATL, Digital, BTL) or marketing at FMCG companies;
Understand different consumer/customer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG category.
Creative, passionate, smart, good looking, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions.
Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint (writing and visual), presentation skill and ability to weave ideas into stories.
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
