As a Senior Event Specialist, you have overall ownership and accountability for the full lifecycle from small to large, complex events including company internal & external events, employee engagement activities, conferences, seminars, workshops, and branding activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing events from conception to completion, a passion for creating memorable experiences, focusing on customers and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Senior Event Specialist may need to manage more than one project at a time and typical activities include:
• Plans and manages high-profile, large-scale events with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Be in charge of implementing work of the event & branding team and reporting to the Team Leader
• Be involved in developing creative event concepts and data-driven event strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets; ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Be involved in negotiation and manage contracts with venues, vendors, sponsors and other third parties.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior/associate senior event coordinators on the team.
• Measure and evaluate event success by collecting and analyzing post-event data to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and new event technology to improve event management processes.
• Support Team Leader to implement brand promotion activities.
