- Commercial Finance Partnering: Collaborate with Commercial and Merchandise teams to provide data-driven feedback for better decision-making and governance. Areas of focus include:

+ Pricing, Gross-to-Net, and front margin analysis

+ Profitability and gross margin improvement for categories, brands, and SKUs

+ Supplier trading term analysis & negotiation

+ Margin management and enhancement

+ Promotion planning, execution and claim-back practice

+ Promotion investment analysis

+ Space productivity analysis & improvements

- Supply Chain Finance & Operations Partnering: Work with various with other business functions such as Site Selection, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in areas including:

+ Demand planning and S&OP processes

+ Supply chain analysis (sourcing, storing, and transportation)

+ Inventory and SKU management

+ Working capital management

+ Feasibility studies for new store selection

+ Store performance analysis

- Lead or participate in providing consistent and insightful business dashboards for targeted users

- Participate in budget and latest forecast processes

- Join the Finance leadership team to drive significant changes in automation and capability building

- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the CFO

- Competencies:

- Experience & Other Requirements:

+ Degree in Finance or Accounting

+ Significant experience in finance partnering with other functions

+ Preferred background in Big 4 audit firms

+ Experience in the retail sector is advantageous

+ Membership in a professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred
