• Full lifecycle recruitment including role intake, sourcing, talent/resume reviews, interviews, offers, negotiations, background checks and onboarding.
• Ensures structured interview process is widely adopted and communicated throughout the candidate experience.
• Develops an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for open positions and able to develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods.
• Measures KPIs (ie: number of hires, time to fill, diversity of talent sources, etc) and leverages recruitment data to develop, inform and evolve talent strategies.
• Researches and recommends new talent sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates. Including but limited to job posting sites, social media, professional organizations, networking, and partnerships with colleges and/or universities.
• Knowledgeable on HR policy and procedure within country, laws regarding hiring and employment practices.
