OVERVIEW: The Senior Integrated Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the execution of media campaigns, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the marketing objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. The Media Executive will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns, conducting post-campaign analysis, and ensuring that all media activities meet the required goals for cost-efficiency, service quality, and timeliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Management Oversight:
• Oversee project management to ensure the smooth execution of all media campaigns, from planning to airing.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign progress and quality are maintained.
2. Campaign Airing Management:
• Manage the entire airing process, ensuring all campaigns are aired on time and meet established objectives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and media partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
3. Campaign Optimization:
• Continuously review campaign performance, optimize based on real-time data, and apply key learnings to improve outcomes.
• Track actual campaign execution and make timely adjustments to meet the goals.
4. Post-Campaign Analysis:
• Organize and conduct evaluations of campaign execution both before and after campaigns to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to derive insights and recommendations for future campaigns, ensuring ongoing improvements in media strategy.
5. Supporting Planning & Partner Management:
• Collaborate with brand team to develop integrated plans for digital, TV, social, influencer, PR and other media channels.
• Assist the Marketing Communication Lead in managing relationships with advertising service providers, ensuring the full and timely delivery of agreed services and benefits.
6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and update campaign progress weekly, ensuring timely communication with direct management and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with all processes and proper documentation of campaign activities.
