Mô tả Công việc

This role leads the Vietnam Centre of Excellence of Learning & Organisational Development and indirectly oversee Technical Training Teams in designated locations, which contributes to company performance by actively driving.

  • Talent agenda, focus on succession planning, leadership and team development with planning and implementing all talent development programs to build up talent bench strength while upholding coaching, mentoring and strength-based culture, including but not limited to a full employee life cycle, from Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement and Retention, Performance Management, Talent Development and other People & Culture (P&C) related activities.
  • Organizational learning, focus on creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge to support the achievement of business objectives by directing and overseeing company training process aligned to business needs, combining existing resources with innovative solutions to support capability building for employees, both on-the-job and professional and developmental learning.
  • A systemwide process of planned change aimed toward improving overall organization effectiveness by way of enhanced congruence of such key organization dimensions as leadership & culture by using technostructural interventions and human resources management interventions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional/Organizational Learning is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Certificate in HR/HRBP (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of working experience in HR Management with relevant practical working experience in HR and L&OD for the medium-sized multinational hi-tech manufacturing organization (light industry) of developing, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions in regard to L&D function with 1+ years managerial/leadership experience in L&OD Function with relevant scope of work or duties and responsibilities.
