- Plan, organizing and monitoring all advertising/communication campaigns for both online & offline, including branding, social media, PR, influencer marketing, brand activations, and events... to reach sales volume, revenues & profitability objectives of each channel, ensured to derive the “Return On Investment”.
- Ensure to achieve brand objectives and consistently maintained the enforcement of brand standard in all aspects of marketing activities, including launch of new brands & products.
- Preparing budgets and monitoring expenses, keep track on marketing spending.
- Analyzing & update prices, promotions, activities of competitors & demands, trend of market / customers.
- Register all promotion programs with Industry & Trade Department of province / cities in Vietnam.
- Setup and manage selling price for all channels, coordinate with sales team to setup and define sales incentive, trading term, merchandising planogram for distributors/ supermarkets/ direct clients/ sales staffs.
- Manage marketing & trade campaigns for distributors/ supermarkets/ direct clients/ consumers (general monthly marketing & trade program, launching of new products, punctual promotions, near expiry items promotions, high stock products clearance promotion, ...).
- Contribute idea, concept to select suitable agencies to run campaign, coordinate suppliers to produce media initiatives, marketing materials.
- Coordinate relevant departments to ensure and innovate quality of products to satisfy customer’s needs.
