Job Purpose
- The job holder supports the implementation activities of bank-wide initiatives for the portfolio of both traditional projects/ initiatives implemented through Waterfall methodology and customer journey digitization initiatives implemented through Agile methodology.
- The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Transformation Office and other divisions in the bank to ensure operational consistency across bank-wide initiatives by tracking and governing progress, managing resources and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities (1)
A. Operations Support and Governance
- Develop and implement tools/templates to track and report across the portfolio of transformation initiatives (foundational and agile) and customize as required.
- Consolidate and prepare progress reports for STEERCO/TECO/BOM/BOD leadership committees timely and accurately.

B. Resource Management
- Assist to consolidate resource planning data relating to headcount, operating expenses, investment expenses for bank-wide initiatives (foundational and agile)
- Assist to track resource utilization, develop plan to allocate resources and control resources within approved plan.

C. Portfolio Management
- Work with transformation initiative leads/teams to understand progress of their assigned portfolio and track the accuracy of inputs for tools.
- Work with initiative leads to update initiative status and solve problems as required, track progress and record financial performance.
- Help to control quality and standards in completion of templates within assigned portfolio.
- Support the initial preparation of new initiatives, including developing templates and guiding initiative teams on how to fill in and update initiative progress on tools/templates.
