Operate the cooperation with lead generation partners

• Responsible for general coordination of existing partners with related departments to ensure the continuous operation of business activity
• Monitor the lead processing progress, conversion of lead generation partner to provide feedback to partners and related department to improve the lead quality/ conversion rate
• Reconcile and make payment for partners defined in contract
• Coordinate closely to implement project as agreed work plan
• Collect and consolidate reports on partnership project/ channel progress, dashboards to stakeholders

Partner Management: Responsible for compliance and control the team’s compliance to:

• Make sure of a professional working scheme, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with external partners of each cooperation project/ channel

Daily BAU Responsibilities

• Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
• Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

• Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics specialties
• About 2 - 3 years of working experience in finance (or banking, insurance, investment, ecommerce...) as Key Account, Partnership Management, B2B Management...
• Language requirements – good communication by English 
• Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Negotiation and presentation skill

• Attention to detail and careful
• Ability to work under high pressure
