Job Objectives:
Running all activities related to compensation and benefits, ensure the accuracy and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll processing activities, including compute salary, approved allowances and benefits, overtime payments, calculate and process resignation final payment, deduction in PIT, social insurance…
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner, complied to the laws and internal policies.
- Be responsible Personal Income Tax (PIT), PIT report, registration the dependents for Employees and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
- Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance payment as policies/ laws correctly and properly.
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including medical insurance, personal accident insurance as well as expatriate benefits administration.
- Well control all other activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, contract appendix, policies and benefits, annual leave, timesheets, resignation or promotional decision internal and external labor report,
- Process Work Permit for expats.
- Oversee HR events and meeting and coordinating management-employee communications.
- Participate in implementing teams projects & initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
