- Audit preparation ISO9001, customer audit, internal audit and follow-up the audit’s effectiveness.

- Conduct the annual audit, and follow the corrective action and preventive actions.

- Maintain and improve the quality system and related documents.

- Control system documents and drawing distribution.

- Instruct the Functional document controllers to maintain the system.

- Prepare the control plan.

- Calculate monthly failure report and organize the meeting to improve the process.

- Follow up 8D report effectiveness.

- Conduct the training on quality topics related. (e.g: ISO9001 awareness, document control).

- Follow up training plan for quality.

- Prepare monthly quality report.

- Calculate and follow up quality KPI and plant KPI.

- Perform other tasks assigned by Superior.

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned that are essentially related to his duties by his Supervisor.

-       Have at least 3 years’ experience in Quality Management System.

-       Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is required. Knowledge of IATF19649 is preferred.

-       Internal auditor ISO 9001:2015.

-       Strong and good experience of quality planning, quality production.

-       Knowledgeable of 5 core tools, 7QC tools, Auditing, 5Why, 8D report.

-       Proficient English.

-       Good computer skills (MS Office, advanced Excel).

-       Be able to work independently and communicate well.
