- Receive booking request from shipper

- Arrange booking with carrier for on export shipment base on client's SOP

- Working closely with shipper, shipping lines, carrier

- Maintained operational KPIs &follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.

- Solving issues, customer complaints

- Other task assigned by Manager

·         Min.3 year – experience of shipping industry

·         Have experience handle booking US/ EU route

·         Knowledge : Shipping

·         Good command in English; Computer skills; 

·         Good communication 

·         Problem Solving
