PERFORMANCE

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute detailed manual testing strategies and plans for our software products.

- Work closely with development teams to understand product functionalities and specifications to ensure thorough testing.

- Perform manual tests to identify, isolate, and document bugs and defects.

- Provide detailed feedback and reports to development teams and stakeholders on test results and testing progress.

- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and reduce error rates.

- Mentor junior testers, promoting best practices in manual testing techniques.

- Stay abreast of new testing tools and strategies in the industry to maintain the efficacy of testing procedures.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE

- Follow deploying process for upgrade system, apply agile/scrum into team management as a member.

-        At least 4 years of experience in manual software testing, with 2+ years in a senior or supervisory role.

-        Extensive experience in developing and executing test cases without the use of automation tools.

-        Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

-        Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

-        Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.

-        Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

-        Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman.

-        Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.
