Summary:

• Drive and ensure sustain the Highlands Coffee Service Excellence training program.
• Support in sustaining the Highlands Coffee Service Culture through effective training & certification program and other training activities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Orientation & Basic Service training for Newcomers.
• Conduct Server Leader, Store Manager and Senior Sales Associate training programs.
• Ensure all servers' compliance in all policies and procedures during store operations by constantly audit store service
• Be responsible for all admin tasks related to each training courses (registration, test, certificate…)
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, budgets/ costs, and equipments.
• Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
• Assist Training Manager/Leader in other training activities

Job requirements:

• Education: Minimum College degree.
• Education/Training Qualifications, Certificates in Hospitality/Services are a plus.
• 2 years of experience in Training/Customer Service.
• Positively influences Server Leaders & store service teams.
• Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
• English proficiency is a plus and good presentation skills.
