I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Analyze the commercial power

+ Forecast the sales for the relevant site / building for convenience stores

+ Survey the surrounding relevant site (competitor, household)

+ Finding the site/building for CVS use

+ Examine possible sit for CVS

+ Experienced in writing a property contract

- Training Members

+ Train all members to understand Forecast the sales for convenience stores

+ Technical training for negotiation with the landlord

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

- At least 3 years of experience at the same role.

- Experienced in developing special places such as hospitals and schools

- Wide knowledge on SD and relationship with a broker

- Good command of English and computer skills.

- Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

- Possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
